Information we collect

We collect information you give us, information created when you use the Services, and information from third parties such as insurers, brokers, and consumer reporting agencies where the law allows.

Underwriting information	Information such as prior insurance, loss and claims history, and other details an insurer needs to assess the risk. We only ask for what the application requires.
Documents you upload	Policies, declarations pages, and schedules you share so we can compare your current coverage or prefill an application.
Claims information	Details, photos, and records about a loss, so the claim can be investigated and paid.
Payment information	Billing details, processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Conversations	Messages you send through our forms, email, or our AI assistant Wesley, so we can answer your questions and improve our service.
Device and usage data	Browser type, pages visited, approximate location, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools, so we can keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Our AI assistant and automated tools

Wesley, our AI assistant, and our document review tools use artificial intelligence to answer questions, read documents you upload, and help prepare quotes. Conversations and uploads are stored so our team can follow up with you and improve accuracy. AI outputs are informational; coverage is only bound when a policy is issued, and underwriting decisions are reviewed by our team and carrier partners. Please do not share information in chat that you do not want us to keep.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

Carrier partners that underwrite and insure your policy.
Your broker or agent, if you work with one.
Claims partners such as adjusters, appraisers, authenticators, and repair or restoration specialists involved in a claim.
Service providers that host our systems, process payments, send email, manage customer relationships, and provide analytics, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
Regulators, law enforcement, and others when required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect rights and safety.
A successor business in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
